Information You Submit
Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or other lookup term into a partner search tool, that request is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. This site does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If you email or send a contact message, the message and reply information may be kept long enough to respond and manage the request. We do not share those messages outside the organization except when a valid legal requirement applies.
Information Collected Automatically
Basic technical data may be collected when a page loads, including:
- Your IP address.
- Browser type and version.
- Device category and operating system.
- Pages viewed and approximate time spent on them.
- The referring website, when available.
- Date and time stamps.
Cookies
Cookies and similar tools may be used to understand site use, measure performance, support ads, and remember technical preferences. You can block cookies in your browser, although some features or partner tools may work differently.
How Information Is Used
- To keep the site available, stable, and reasonably fast.
- To route searches to the appropriate partner search service.
- To understand which Millard County jail, UDC, GRAMA, Xchange, BOP, ICE, or VINELink pages are useful to visitors.
- To detect errors, broken links, abuse, and other technical problems.
- To display advertising that may be relevant to a visitor's interests.
Outside Links and Ads
This site links to official sheriff, jail, court, UDC, federal, ICE, VINELink, GRAMA, and third-party search resources. Once you leave this site, the destination site's privacy policy and terms control its handling of your data.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across different websites for interest-based advertising. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by records hosted on this site.
Who May Receive Information
We do not sell personal data. Information may be available to the following parties when needed:
- Search partners that process lookup queries.
- Analytics providers that measure site traffic and performance.
- Advertising networks that help serve ads.
- Law enforcement, courts, regulators, or government bodies when required by a valid legal order.
Security
Reasonable security practices are used to protect site systems and communications. No internet-connected website, email account, analytics system, or partner tool can be guaranteed completely secure.
Visitors Under 18
This site is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
